I’m here to help current and aspiring female leaders write and activate their future success story. I believe passionately that powerful female leadership, the type that raises everybody up, starts with knowing who you really are. Using my own experience as a C-Suite leader I work with my clients to define who they really are, what they really want and what they are going to do about it. I help my clients to find the inspiration and courage to think bigger and achieve more. For themselves as individuals and for the organisations they lead, now and in the future.
ABOUT ME
Executive by day, executive coach by night
I’m a C-Suite executive having held many leadership positions of my own over the last 20 years across advertising, insight and consulting industries. I know exactly what it feels like to be a woman in a male dominated world. And also to be young - A potential double whammy of self-limiting beliefs right there! This means I’m a coach that has walked the talk, bringing empathy, experience and challenge when it’s needed. I’ve been coaching people throughout my career, with ever more focus on it through the last 2 years as I’ve realised it’s both my passion and my greatest talent.
I tailor my coaching to each of my clients so no two experiences are the same. That said there are some foundational tools I use that I believe every good leader needs to help know themselves, who they are, how they show up and what they need of others. Your values sit at the heart of this. Working on my values has been transformational in my own leadership journey. And I believe can be in yours too. They won’t just serve you now - if used right, they will serve you always.
